Today for Tomorrow
Living Well - Powered by EWEThe EWE Group supplies green energy, ensures secure networks, and provides high-speed telecommunications and IT services. Through innovation, commitment and sustainable strategies, EWE is laying the foundations for a better and more sustainable life in the regions it serves across Germany.

EWE AG originated from the merger of Stromversorgungs AG Oldenburg-Ostfriesland, STROSAG AG, and the Landeselektrizitätsverband Oldenburg. Since 1930, the company has been delivering energy and today successfully integrates energy, telecommunications, and IT into a comprehensive strategy. This approach enables EWE to seize the opportunities presented by the energy transition and digitalization while actively shaping both developments.

EWE is deeply engaged in social responsibility, supporting sponsorships, donations, education initiatives, and the EWE Foundation. Through these efforts, EWE contributes to regional diversity and development, fulfills its responsibility to its home region, and strengthens its roots in north-west Germany and Brandenburg.

EWE considers compliance a core principle, firmly embedded within the company. This commitment goes beyond strict adherence to laws and regulations; it also means aligning all business actions with the principles of sustainability, climate protection, social responsibility, and corporate values.
