Oldenburg / Karlsruhe, June 3, 2019. The six percent stake in EWE that remained after EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg's and EWE's reorganization of its shareholdings in autumn 2015 has been transferred today. Today's transaction is a prerequisite for the process begun in the spring of 2019 to transfer a total of 26 percent of shares in a new strategic investor, which the company intends to conclude in conjunction with the EWE association during the course of the year.
