Got your degree? Thinking about your next career steps? EWE provides a range of interesting trainee programmes designed to let you get a feel for a number of the departments in our Group. We also run seminars and networking conferences to increase your technical knowledge.

For students

Are you raring to go and looking to get some experience under your belt while you're still a student? Then join EWE as an apprentice or a trainee and get your feet wet with day-to-day business and projects. Ideally, you would be in the second half of your bachelor’s or master’s degree or diploma, enthusiastic, flexible, and skilled at structured thinking.
