Annual Documentation for 2010

According to Section 10 of the German Securities Act (WpPG) listed companies are required to publish documentation at least once a year that either includes or refers to all information the company has published or made publicly available during the previous twelve months in line with specific capital market regulations. Due to the issuance of the EWE bonds which are listed on an official market, EWE Aktiengesellschaft must fulfil the requirements of the German Securities Act.

In the period between 1 January and 31 December 2010, EWE Aktiengesellschaft published the following information and documents. Please note that the information to which the annual documentation refers might be outdated. If certain documentation is not available on the internet as intended, we will gladly send any documentation to you upon request. Reports for the 2010 financial year are available in the “Financial reports” section. Some of the following documents are only available in German.
